Shipping Policy
At SavingUp, we work with a global fulfillment network (including CJ Dropshipping logistics partners) to deliver our fashion, accessories, and beauty products efficiently and with reliable tracking whenever possible. Because we ship from multiple fulfillment locations worldwide, delivery times and available shipping lines vary by product, destination, and product attributes (for example, liquids and fragrances may require special shipping routes). Below is a clear overview of how processing, shipping, tracking, and shipping-related issues are handled for orders placed on SavingUp.
Where we ship
We ship to many countries and regions worldwide. Available shipping methods, estimated delivery windows, and shipping fees are shown at checkout and may vary based on destination and item attributes. CJ provides shipping management and shipping calculation tools that determine options by weight and attributes.
Order processing time (before dispatch)
Processing time includes order verification, picking, quality checks, and packing before the parcel leaves the fulfillment warehouse.
- In-stock items at CJ warehouses typically process in about 1–3 days.
- Items that must be sourced typically process in about 3–5 days (can be longer during peak seasons or for multi-item orders).
Estimated shipping time (after dispatch)
Shipping time starts once your order is dispatched and a tracking number is issued.
Typical delivery estimates (examples commonly used by CJ logistics lines):
- United States (ordinary products): CJPacket is often about 7–12 days after dispatch (shipping time only).
- United States (items fulfilled from a US warehouse): can be about 2–7 days via USPS+ in some cases.
Important notes:
- These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier capacity, weather, customs, holidays, and local delivery conditions can change transit times.
- If your order contains multiple items, it may take longer to process and may ship in separate parcels.
Beauty, lip care, and fragrance shipping notes (liquids and “sensitive” goods)
Some SavingUp products fall into “sensitive” shipping categories (such as liquids).
- CJ notes that only specific lines (for example, “CJ liquid” and USPS in certain lanes) can ship liquid-containing goods, and liquid volume may need to be limited (for example, about 30ml per parcel in some cases).
- Fragrances/perfumes may be regulated as dangerous goods depending on formulation (often due to alcohol content), which can restrict destinations and shipping methods and may increase transit time.
If a product is restricted for your destination, we will contact you with alternatives (replacement item, alternate shipping line if available, or cancellation/refund)
Shipping fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, parcel weight/size, and product attributes (for example, ordinary vs. sensitive lines).
Tracking updates
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email (and/or in your order details). CJ notes you can also find tracking in your CJ order records, and tracking visibility depends on the shipping line used.
Tracking can sometimes appear “stuck” during handoffs between carriers or while awaiting customs scans. If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we will help investigate.
Address accuracy and delivery attempts
Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing the order.
If a carrier marks a package as undeliverable due to issues like insufficient address, refused delivery, or not picked up in time, the parcel may be held briefly and then returned or abandoned by the carrier. CJ specifically notes scenarios where recipients may need to contact or pick up from their local post office, and that delivery may be made to pickup locations in some countries.
Delays, lost packages, and “delivered but not received”
If your package is significantly delayed, we will work with the carrier and fulfillment partner to resolve it.
Aligned with CJ’s dispute timelines (used for logistics resolution):
- For US shipments, a “delayed” package is often evaluated after 45 days from departure from the warehouse.
- For many international shipments, it is often 60 days from departure.
- For some liquid lines, delay handling may be longer (CJ references 100 days in certain cases).
If tracking shows Delivered but you did not receive the package, we may ask you to (1) check with household members/neighbors and (2) contact the local carrier or post office. CJ notes that a non-delivery certification from the local post office may be required for certain claims.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items (shipping-related issues)
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact us as soon as possible with photos (and video if needed). CJ’s dispute policy indicates refunds or replacements may be supported for damaged or incorrect/missing products, and notes that customers should report issues within a defined window after delivery.
